We are the largest provider of affordable homes in Bromsgrove and the surrounding area with nearly 4,000 homes in our trust. As a not-for-profit organisation we make sure that every penny we make gets put straight back into improving housing and local facilities for the communities that we serve.
With over 130 staff we are one of the largest employers in the Bromsgrove area. Our culture is strong and we believe that all staff should be valued and happy in their work. We have an excellent customer satisfaction score of 92% but, with the help of our dedicated staff, we are always striving to improve. We offer a wide range of housing and support services and vital assistance to those who need it, as well numerous activities in partnership with other organisations to tackle and manage Homelesness, Unemployment, Elderly Extra Care and General Estate Management.
