We want someone who’ll hit the ground running, so we want you to be able to demonstrate previous experience in a customer facing contact centre role. You’ll be able to tell us of your use of technology to deliver solutions, and have the ability to communicate with customers in a variety of ways, including over the phone and via social media tools. You’ll be working as part of a team, and we’ll expect you to thrive in that environment.
