Salary: £26,533 per annum
Working Hours: 37 hours per week
Holiday Allowance: 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Managing customers housing needs and aspirations in the current environment is challenging and demanding, however the rewards are significant and the decisions can alter lives. We manage homelessness and the housing waiting list on behalf of the local authority and we’re looking for a proactive, organised and resilient individual to join our successful team.
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator and someone who is caring and considerate when dealing with individuals and families at a stressful time in their lives. You will have experience of dealing with vulnerable client groups and knowledge of the Housing and Homeless Reduction Act 2017 will be key for this role.
