Assistant Accountant (Rent and Service Charges)

Salary: £26,533 per annum

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Holiday Allowance: 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays


Reporting to our Management Accountant, this is a key role in the annual rent setting and service charges process which includes continual improvement; but it doesn’t stop there. The Assistant Accountant will lead on leaseholder administration and have full responsibility for coordinating data for the annual insurance renewals.

The successful applicant will have plenty of opportunities to keep their skills and experience up to date; both internally working with our Asset Management and Development teams to understand property handovers and stock profiler information; and externally through attendance at conferences and courses to ensure bdht stays ahead of the game.
