Buildings Compliance Manager

Salary: £40,000 plus benefit package

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Holiday Allowance: 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Description:

Customer and building safety is our highest priority. You’ll need commitment, expertise and experience in all aspects of building regulation and legislation in order to meet consumer standards and tenant safety. You’ll have a customer centred attitude and excellent communication skills, along with a sound understanding of social housing; enabling you to lead on all aspects of health and safety for our organisation. A minimum HNC in building studies is essential for this role along with a NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) or a willingness to gain this qualification.
