The role
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Customer Insight Officer to join our Customer Insight Team who are responsible for driving customer satisfaction across the organisation.
A key part of the role is to ensure the customers voice is at the heart of what we do. You will listen to our customers and your colleagues, and using a data driven approach, help to shape and develop services across the organisation to improve the customer experience.
About you
We are looking for a committed individual who is passionate about driving excellence using a data driven approach. Who has experience of working with people and data; the skills to analyse feedback and identify themes and trends to shape services and improve service delivery; along with ability to build positive relationships throughout the business, supporting teams to drive satisfaction.
You will be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, listening and learning at every opportunity.
You will use visualisation tools to provide insight and present them in a comprehensive and easy to interpret format.
