We’re looking for talented Board Members to provide oversight, insight, foresight and hindsight to our business. You’ll join our Board at a challenging time, we’re aspiring to return to a G1 organisation in the next twelve months, and you’ll help us to succeed.

We’re looking for Board Members with a range of life experiences and skillsets. Ideally, you’ll have had affordable housing experience before, either in a senior role, or as a Board member. We will benefit from your experience in either governance, finance, development or legal. Just as important as anything else is your ability to process complex information, ask challenging questions, and make strategic decisions. Most importantly you will be an advocate for our customers, ensuring their voice has influence.
In addition to the Board Member position, for the right candidates there are opportunities for both Chair Elect and Committee Chair of Governance and Remuneration.

Salaries for the posts are as follows;
Board Member (including Co-Optees) £3,604.00pa
Board Chair Elect £3,604.00 rising to £10,271.40pa
Committee Chair £4,854.80pa
Meetings are in person but travel expenses are reimbursed.
