It’s more important than ever that we as a social landlord listen to, understand, and engage with our customers. The increased focus on customer care and accountability has sharpened our thinking, and we need an excellent communicator to drive our commitment to customer complaints and resident engagement. We also need to use data to drive improvement and shape services. 

 

If you think this is the role for you, we’ll expect you to be fantastic at leading, managing and influencing others, thinking creatively, and using customer feedback to recommend changes to our Senior Managers. 

 

As well as being a champion for the customer, you’ll need to engage with partners, the Regulator of Social Housing, and the Housing Ombudsman. Therefore, we expect you to be confident, assured, and adaptable.
