We are looking for a confident, energetic and self-motivated individual. You are naturally customer focussed and have a minimum of 18 months experience of operating in a fast-paced call centre environment.
You are used to taking responsibility for internal and external customers’ enquiries and have the ability to communicate effectively. You will play a key role within the team to help shape the future of the service using social media platforms.

Working with a wide range of customers and partner agencies, you will play a key role in developing community based initiatives. As well as managing our customer’s tenancies, you’ll also be expected to manage anti-social behaviour. Your attitude is just as important as your skills and you’ll need lots of energy and a positive approach.
