30 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday) with reasonable flexibility to cover.
Salary is £19,459.44 per annum (Full Time Salary £24,000).

You’ll work in a small team, alongside our HR Manager and HR Assistant with responsibility for monitoring and managing sickness absence, assisting with performance management and producing management information. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence and implement wellbeing strategies, that keep bdht firing on all cylinders!
You’ll need to be a confident communicator who can be proactive, respond to problems and unexpected situations. A friendly and approachable personality is a must.
CIPD Level 5 Qualified is essential along with at least 2 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
