We want our properties to be well maintained and fit for the future. You’ll use your technical expertise alongside customer focussed attitude, to make that happen. You’ll deliver programmes, problem solve and provide quality information for other functions in the business. You’ll have a minimum 3 years relevant experience and a recognised qualification.
Salary is £28,881.72 per annum
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday to include Saturday working on a rota basis
Additional Out of Hours duties £551 per month, this includes covering one evening per week and one in five weekends
Plus £205 pro-rata payment for working Bank holidays
32 days annual leave plus bank holidays
You’ll need to demonstrate a willingness to be adaptable and proactive across a range of tasks. You’ll work in a small team, providing an essential service within bdht, and we would expect you to be highly motivated and have good communication skills. You will be ACS qualified with a minimum of CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 and CPA1 and at least 3 years’ experience of servicing, fault-finding and repair. A City and Guilds Gas Service Engineer qualification or equivalent with current ACS certificates and a current full driving license are essential.
